Our signature house blend brings together two outstanding single origins, “Wuchii” from Cauca, Colombia, and “Taferi Kela” from Sidamo, Ethiopia, to create a harmonious, everyday-drinking coffee that never compromises on quality.
Tasting Notes
Milk Chocolate • Walnut • Caramel
This full-bodied bean blend delivers rich chocolate depth from the Colombian component, beautifully balanced by the bright floral acidity and clean fruit notes of the Ethiopian coffee beans. The result is a smooth cup with layered sweetness and a satisfying finish, perfect for morning brews and throughout the day.
The Origins
Colombia – Wuchii
Grown in the high-elevation soils of Cauca and fully washed, this coffee supports over 3,000 small-scale farmers transitioning to sustainable speciality agriculture. Solar-dried for 10 days, it brings the clean, vibrant profile that Colombian coffees are loved for.
Ethiopia – Taferi Kela
Sourced through Bette Buna from the highlands of Sidamo at 1900–2100 masl, this washed Ethiopian coffee comes from over 350 local farmers. Carefully fermented and dried on raised beds, it adds lively brightness and floral complexity to the blend.
