FRONTIER BLEND
Our house blend is crafted from two exceptional coffees: “Alfonso Town” from Sul de Minas, Brazil and “Taferi Kela” from Sidamo, Ethiopia.
Brazil – Alfonso Town
Erondi and Fernando are the owners of the farm. They are committed to traditional farming, including many manual practices, especially hand-harvesting. Their dedication to family traditions ensures only the highest-quality beans, honoring generations of coffee-growing heritage.
Ethiopia – Taferi Kela
From the highlands of Sidamo, this washed Ethiopian coffee comes to us through Bette Buna, a company deeply rooted in the village of Taferi Kela. Over 350 local farmers contribute cherries, which are carefully sorted, fermented, and sun-dried on raised beds at 1900–2100 meters elevation. The result is a vibrant cup with bright acidity, clean fruit notes, and floral complexity.Together, these two coffees create a harmonious, full-bodied blend that balances the chocolatey depth of Brazil with the lively, floral brightness of Ethiopian highland coffee—perfect for the cultured coffee lover.
