North Shore Coffee started as a humble mobile coffee business, bringing the joy of speciality coffee to the streets of the North East. From our early days serving the local community at markets and events, we quickly realised there was a deep, untapped demand for high-quality coffee that could elevate the coffee-drinking experience.
Our vision has always been clear: to bring speciality coffee to the North East, elevating the local coffee culture with premium beans and expertly crafted brews. We believe that great coffee starts with great sourcing—carefully selecting beans from sustainable farms and working directly with growers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability. Our goal is to expand our offerings to include a range of blends and single origins, each with its own unique story and flavour profile.
