A little about us
North Shore Coffee Roasters began life as a humble mobile setup, serving speciality coffee on the streets of the North East. From early mornings at local markets and events, we quickly discovered a true appetite for quality coffee done properly, and a community that truly appreciated it.

Our vision has always been clear: to elevate the coffee culture across the North East and beyond, by making quality coffee accessible to all. We source premium beans directly from trusted farmers who share our values, then freshly roast them weekly in small batches at our Newcastle-based roastery.

Whether it’s a vibrant single-origin with a unique story or one of our much-loved house blends, every coffee we offer is carefully sourced, freshly roasted in Newcastle, and brought to you with genuine passion, because every cup should tell a story.
