Service Description

The world of speciality coffee is so much deeper than your daily latte. On this course, we start at the very beginning of the coffee chain, looking at where and how coffee is grown, harvested and processed, covering all the steps the bean goes through before it even gets roasted. From there, we'll look at how roasters like ourselves select coffees and determine how we're going to roast it to make sure it tastes the best it possibly can in your cup. We'll then get behind the bar and look at what goes in to a cafe set up, before finishing off with all the skills needed to make that perfect flat white, from dialling in your espresso to steaming the silkiest milk. If you're interested in not only the how of coffee but also the why, this will help you take your first steps in to the world of speciality coffee
