This outstanding coffee is produced by smallholder farmers in the Inzá municipality, situated in the Tierradentro region on the western side of Cauca, Colombia. The indigenous Paez people, who constitute about 80% of the local population, reside in this area.

The farms are relatively small, ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 hectares, and are located at elevations of approximately 1,700 meters above sea level. The primary coffee varieties grown here are Castillo and Caturra, celebrated for their vibrant flavour profiles.

We obtain this coffee through our reliable partners at Cofinet, who collaborate

directly with producers. These partnerships enable us to maintain close ties to the origin and ensure high quality at every stage.
