Where do you source your coffee from?
We source coffee from trusted producers around the world, focusing on quality, sustainability and long-term relationships.
How do I buy wholeale coffee?
Fill in our wholesale form and one of our team will be in touch to set you up with an online account.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No - we have no minimum order quantities.
How quickly can you get me set up?
Straight away. Once you've submitted the wholesale form, we can get your online account up and running with no delay.
Do you work with start-up businesses?
We work with a range of start-ups, from coffee shops to offices to restaurants; anywhere that needs good coffee.
Do you supply decaf coffee?
Yes. We stock speciality decaf coffee that keeps all the flavour without the caffeine.
Do you supply businesses outside the North East?
Yes. We ship nationwide.
Can I stock your retail coffee bags?
Yes, we can supply you with our retail bags for your shelves.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes. Royal Mail collects from us daily. Tracked 48-hour delivery is standard, with Tracked 24-hour available at an additional cost.
COFFEE EQUIPMENT
Can I buy coffee equipment?
Yes. You can purchase anything from grinders to coffee machines with our partners at Puckster, with a range of finance options available. Visit our coffee machine showroom at our roastery in Newcastle upon Tyne, or browse the range on our website.
How do I book a coffee equipment service?
We offer coffee equipment servicing throughout the North East, even if you don't buy your coffee from us. We also offer PSSR testing. Book via our contact form or call our roastery.
How often is coffee delivered?
You can choose delivery frequencies that suit your routine, whether that’s weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
TRAINING AND SUPPORT
Do you provide training?
Yes. Barista training can take place at our roastery or on your premises for individuals or teams.
