  • This vibrant washed coffee comes from smallholder farmers in the Inzá municipality of Colombia’s Tierradentro region, located on the western side of Cauca. The area is home to the indigenous Paez people, who make up around 80% of the local population and cultivate coffee on modest farms of 0.5 to 1.5 hectares.

    Tasting Notes

    Plum • Tangerine • Caramel • Nutmeg

Expect a bright and complex cup with juicy plum and tangerine notes, balanced by warm caramel sweetness and a subtle nutmeg spice. The washed process brings out clean, vibrant acidity and a smooth, satisfying finish, making this an excellent everyday choice for speciality coffee beans.

    Why You’ll Love It

Freshly roasted in small batches in Newcastle, this Colombian coffee bean lot is versatile and approachable. It shines as black coffee or espresso and pairs beautifully with milk. Ideal for those who enjoy bright, fruity Colombian coffees with a touch of warm sweetness and spice.

Brewing Tip: A medium grind works well for espresso, while a medium-coarse grind highlights the bright fruit notes in pour-over or filter brewing.
